Drip in Grapevine is usually a foundation bed or a shrub row, not the lawn. It fails quietly. A crushed line under mulch, an emitter pulled off by a landscape crew, or a filter packed with grit leaves shrubs dry while the lawn zones look perfect.
What we repair
We open the drip zone and walk the tubing. Emitters get checked at the plants that are actually dry. A break at a fitting is cut back and coupled. A zone that never builds pressure gets the valve and the filter looked at before we replace every emitter on the row. Limestone dust and iron from some Grapevine supplies clog the small outlets first.
Spray heads and drip should not share a zone. If they do, the drip starves or the heads fog. We will say so. Separating them is a small valve and pipe job, and we price it before we cut.
Lawn versus bed
If the lawn is the problem, you want sprinkler repair, not a drip rebuild. If the hollies along the brick are the problem and the grass is fine, drip is the right page. Call (469) 294-8444 and describe the bed. A courtyard off Main Street and a long lake-lot shrub line are different lengths of tubing.
